Overview
BombBomb lets you share videos at two levels: across your entire account (company-wide) or with specific teams. Shared videos appear in the Shared Videos section of every eligible user's Workspace, where they can view and send them. This makes it easy to distribute approved content — product demos, onboarding videos, brand-approved messaging — to the right people without everyone needing to record their own version.
Who this applies to:
- Account Admins and Account Content Admins can share videos to the company-wide shared section.
- Team Admins and Team Content Admins can share videos to the specific teams they administer.
- Members who are also a Team Admin or Team Content Admin of a particular team can share to that team.

How Shared Videos Appear in Workspace
Every user's Workspace left panel includes a Shared Videos section beneath their personal videos. The first entry is automatically named after your company and contains all videos shared at the account level — visible to everyone on the account. Below that, each team a user belongs to appears as its own section containing videos shared specifically with that team.
Users with access to a shared video can both view it and send it.
Sharing a Video at the Account Level
Account Admins and Account Content Admins can share any video to the company-wide section.
- Click Workspace in the left navigation.
- Find the video you want to share and click the three-dot menu on the thumbnail.
- Click Edit Labels.
- Under the Shared Videos section, select your company name.
- Click Save.
The video will now appear in the company-wide shared section for all users on the account.
Sharing a Video with a Team
Team Admins and Team Content Admins can share videos to the teams they administer.
- Click Workspace in the left navigation.
- Find the video you want to share and click the three-dot menu on the thumbnail.
- Click Edit Labels.
- Under the Shared Videos section, select the team or teams you want to share the video with.
- Click Save.
The video will appear in that team's shared section for all members of the team.
You can share a single video with multiple teams at the same time by selecting more than one team before saving.
Organizing Shared Content with Labels
Within the company-wide and team shared sections, admins can create labels to organize shared videos into named groupings. For example, a team admin might create a "New Client Intros" label within their team section to keep onboarding videos easy to find.

Removing a Video from a Shared Section
To stop sharing a video, follow the same steps used to share it and deselect the company or team label. Once saved, the video will no longer appear in that shared section for other users. The video remains in your personal Workspace and is unaffected.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a regular team member share videos to a team? Only if they also hold a Team Admin or Team Content Admin role for that team. Team membership alone does not grant sharing permissions.
Can I share a video to more than one team at once? Yes. In the Edit Labels panel, select as many teams as you want before clicking Save.
Can users who receive a shared video edit or delete it? No. Users with access to a shared video can view and send it, but only the person who shared it — or an admin — can edit or remove it.
What happens if I remove a video from a shared section? It disappears from that shared section immediately. Users who had access can no longer see or send it. The video itself is not deleted.
Can I share a video at both the account level and with specific teams at the same time? Yes. You can select your company name and one or more team names in the same Edit Labels action.
