Overview
This article explains how Admins can set up and manage their Team's BombBomb player page—the landing page your recipients see when they watch your video. Each Team can have different player page settings to align with their unique branding.

✅ Plan Type: Core + Copilot, Enterprise
Step-by-Step Instructions
Select the Team

From the BombBomb dashboard, click the Team icon in the top-left corner.

Select the Team you would like to edit.
🗣️ Note: Each Team can have different player page settings.
Navigate to Team Settings

In the left-hand navigation, select Manage Team.
- Click the Player Page Defaults tab.
🗣️ Note: This tab is only visible to Admins.
Set Player Page Branding Defaults
Edit Player Page Settings
You can customize several elements of your player page:

Organization Name

Organization Website
- Disclaimer: Add your company's disclaimer so it appears on all users' videos

Header Button: Create a custom button that appears above your video.

Social Icons: Add your company's social links
- Once your customizations are complete, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
🗣️ Note: These settings apply to all users on the team. Team members can add or edit personal information in their own Player Page Settings.

Q: Can users override branding defaults?
A: Yes. Defaults apply automatically, but users can customize elements of their Player Page.
Q: Are branding defaults applied to automations?
A: Yes. Branding defaults and templates can be used in both manual and automated messages.
Q: Can I create different player pages for different videos?
A: Not at this time. Each account has one player page template used across all video messages.
