Setup Instructions
1. Confirm Requirements
You must be an Outreach Admin to enable the integration. Outreach Marketplace
Use Google Chrome for best results.
App Access – The BombBomb integration is available via the Outreach Marketplace
2. Install BombBomb in Outreach
Log into Outreach.
Click your profile avatar (bottom left) and go to Settings.
Select Org.
Scroll down to the BombBomb integration section.
Click Learn More → then Install.
Confirm the installation.
Once installed, BombBomb appears in your Outreach email composer.

3. Send Videos in Outreach
Open the email composer in Outreach.
Click the BombBomb video icon in the toolbar.

Choose how to add video:
Record a new video
Upload a video file
Select a video from your BombBomb Library
Your video is inserted into the email as a clickable thumbnail with animated preview.
4. Track Engagement
When a recipient watches your video, Outreach logs it as a Video Play.
Filter your activity feed by Video Plays to see engagement quickly.
Use Outreach automations to trigger tasks or sequence updates based on video activity.
