Overview
The HubSpot for Automated Workflows integration lets you embed BombBomb videos directly into HubSpot marketing emails. Once enabled in BombBomb Engage, you can copy your assignment video link and paste it into an HTML block within HubSpot’s email editor — making it easy to send personalized, video-driven campaigns at scale.
Requirements
HubSpot Marketing Hub - Professional or Enterprise plan required
BombBomb Core, Core+Copilot or Enterprise access.
HubSpot integration must be installed by a HubSpot Super User/Admin (not from BombBomb)
HubSpot toggle must be enabled in BombBomb Engage under Manage Team > Permissions > Automated Workflow Integrations
Connection Steps
Turn on the HubSpot permission toggle.
Go to Manage Team > Permissions > Automated Workflow Integrations
Locate HubSpot in the permissions list.
Toggle HubSpot on.
🗣️ Note: This step is required before using Automated Workflows with HubSpot.
Integrating Copilot Assignments with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Go to Automated Workflows in BombBomb
- Open the campaign > find the assignment you want to use.
- Select Copy for HubSpot.
🗣️ Note: This copies an HTML snippet that embeds the personalized Copilot video.
- Log in to your HubSpot account.
- Go to Marketing > Email
- Create a new marketing email (regular or automated).
- Select an existing template or create a new template.
In the template editor, add a Custom HTML block.
🗣️ Note: Choose the blank template or any layout that fits your needs.
Paste the Copilot embed code into the HTML block.
- Erase any default HTML.
- Paste the copied Copilot HTML from BombBomb.
The video preview should now display in your HubSpot email.
🗣️ Note: You can continue editing the rest of the email as normal.
3. Set up Send Options in HubSpot.
Use HubSpot's native tools to select recipients, schedule the send, or trigger via workflows.
🗣️ Note: Most users familiar with HubSpot will complete this part on their own.
The video from the person associated with the email sender will be sent to each recipient.
💡 Tip: If there isn't a personalized video assigned for the recipient, the placeholder will not be visible for them. If there’s a fallback video set, that one will display instead.
Integrating Copilot Assignments with HubSpot Sales Hub
- Go to Automated Workflows in BombBomb
- Open the campaign > find the assignment you want to use.
- Select Copy for HubSpot.

2. Log in to your HubSpot account
- Go to Sales > Sequences
- Create or select an existing Automated email sequence
3. Paste the Copilot embed code directly into the email sequence.
The video preview should now display in your HubSpot message.
