✅ Active Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM subscription
✅ BombBomb account with access to video creation and sharing features
✅ Use of a supported browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
Connection Steps
- Install the BombBomb MS Dynamics App here.

Log in to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
🗣️ Note: Ensure you have system admin or customization privileges. Configure the integration inside Microsoft Dynamics by logging in to: https://make.powerapps.com

Click Solutions.

Click Import Solution.

Add the downloaded Microsoft Integration file.

Choose a location to install the package (e.g., Tables).

Choose a section to install the package (e.g., Emails).

Click Components.

Click Display.

Click where you'd like to add the resource.

Click HTML Web Resource.

Search for BombBomb Integrate.
Once added, your resource will appear.
Start using BombBomb inside Microsoft Dynamics.
After setup, you’ll see BombBomb video features in the contact record view and activity timeline.
🗣️ Note: You can record videos, send them, and track engagement without leaving Microsoft Dynamics.
