Overview
The BombBomb + HubSpot integration lets you send personalized video emails directly from your HubSpot contact records. You can access the Engage quick sender inside HubSpot, track video engagement, and streamline outreach—all without leaving your CRM.
Who This Applies To
✅ Audience Type: Application Admin (must have Automated Workflow access)
✅ Plan Type: Core, Core + Copilot, Enterprise
✅ HubSpot Super User/Admin Access: Active HubSpot account (a Super User must install HubSpot) and Admin-level access to connect the BombBomb integration

Install Hubspot

Download Hubspot via the following link: HubSpot
Optional: Access the BombBomb integration in the HubSpot App Marketplace once approved.

🗣️ Note: This integration may not appear in the marketplace until it's approved by HubSpot.
If you have more than one account, choose your account and then install the app.
2. Open a Contact Record in HubSpot
Log into your HubSpot account.
Navigate to CRM > Contacts and open any contact record.
Select Customize to customize your view.
3. Select your default view for all of your users (or all users who will be using Bombbomb).
4. Create a new tab.
5. Create a name for the tab (e.g., BombBomb, Video, etc).
6. Add a card for this tab.
7. Go to the card library. Search for the name of your tab, and add the card.
8. Once added, click Save and Exit.
9. The new tab should appear in your dashboard, giving access to your video library.
Using BombBomb to Send Personalized Videos
1. Once the Hubspot integration is installed, you can record a video or insert an existing video into an email from a Hubspot contact record.
2. When inserting into an email, a new window will appear with a new email to edit with your video content.
3. If you want to add the video to a template, copy the video with a right click of your mouse > Copy.
4. Go into the desired template you'd like to adjust and paste your video into the template.
FAQs
Q: Do I need the BombBomb Chrome Extension for HubSpot?
A: No. The Chrome Extension is not required. BombBomb Engage opens inside HubSpot automatically when you select the BombBomb tab or "Send Video" on a contact record.
Q: Will email activity show in HubSpot?
A: Yes. Video email sends and tracking activity (opens, plays, clicks) will appear on the contact timeline if the send is initiated from HubSpot.
Q: Do I need to be an admin to use this?
A: Only for initial setup. An admin must enable HubSpot in BombBomb under Manage Team > Permissions. After that, any user can send video emails through Engage in HubSpot.
