Overview
The Total Expert integration allows BombBomb to send video play tracking data directly into Total Expert. This helps marketing and sales teams see when clients engage with BombBomb videos inside their CRM. The integration uses secure login (OAuth) and does not require API keys or engineering support. If you are using this connection, make sure your email is verified in BombBomb. Look out for an email in your inbox that would have been sent during sign up to verify your email or reach out to support and request your email be verified.

Connection Steps

In BombBomb, go to Manage Team from the left navigation.

Click the Permissions tab.

Scroll down to the Automated Workflow Integrations section. Toggle Total Expert ON.
🗣️ Note: You may enter a Service Provider name, but this is optional. -
Log into your Total Expert account. Go to Integration Settings.

Select BombBomb as your video platform and click Connect.

Paste your BombBomb API Key into the field provided and click Save My API Key.
🗣️ Note: Your accounts are now connected.

No. This integration is optional and only sends video play tracking data into Total Expert.Do I need an API key?
