Overview
An Automated Workflow Connector passes BombBomb video tracking data — opens, plays, clicks — back into your CRM so it appears alongside your contact activity. Before this connection can be made, an admin must enable the connector from within BombBomb. This is a one-time setup step.

Known Limitations
- Automated Workflow Connectors are optional. Automated Workflows send videos with or without this connection — enabling a connector only determines whether tracking data flows back into your CRM.
- Enabling a connector here does not complete the connection. The connection must also be completed from within the CRM. Both steps are required for tracking data to flow.
- The Outreach connector only appears if Outreach has been enabled for your account. Contact BombBomb support if you do not see it.
Step 1: Enable the Connector in BombBomb
- Click Manage Team in the left navigation.
- Click the Permissions tab.
- Scroll down to the Automated Workflow Integrations section.
Toggle on the CRM platforms you want to enable:
- Total Expert: Toggle on, then optionally enter a Service Provider name and click Save.
- HubSpot: Toggle on.
- Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights: Toggle on.
- Outreach: Toggle on if visible. If you do not see this option, contact BombBomb support.
Step 2: Complete the Connection from Within Your CRM
Enabling the connector in BombBomb prepares the connection but does not complete it. The final step is completed from within your CRM. See the relevant article for full instructions:

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do this for Automated Workflows to send videos? No. Automated Workflows function without any CRM connection. This setup is only needed if you want BombBomb video tracking data passed back into your CRM.
Why don't I see the Outreach option? The Outreach connector only appears if Outreach has been enabled for your account. Contact BombBomb support to request access.
Can a Team Admin complete this setup? No. This setting requires Application Admin or Account Admin access.
What happens after I enable a connector here? BombBomb is ready to receive the connection, but tracking data will not flow until the setup is also completed from within your CRM.
