Can I record a video directly in Engage? Yes. BombBomb Engage has a built-in video recorder so you can capture and send video messages without leaving the platform. See How to Record Your First Video for step-by-step instructions.
Can I upload a video instead of recording one? Yes. If you've already recorded a video on another device or app, you can upload it directly into Engage. See How to Upload Existing Videos for supported formats and instructions.
How many videos can I store in my library? There is no limit on the number of videos you can store in your BombBomb library.
Are my videos secure? Yes. Videos recorded or uploaded in Engage are stored securely. Who can view your video depends on the privacy settings you've configured for each video. See Understanding Privacy Settings to learn how to control access to your videos.
Can I track who watches my videos? Yes. You can view engagement data — including views and link clicks — on the Edit Video page for any video. Note that tracking works when a video is sent using a targeted URL. See How BombBomb Uses Cookies to understand how video tracking works.
Can I reuse a video for multiple contacts or campaigns? Yes. Any video in your library can be inserted into emails, sequences, or campaigns. This makes it easy to reuse evergreen content like introductions, product demos, or follow-ups across different touchpoints.
Does Engage support screen recording? Yes. You can record your screen, your camera, or both at the same time. See How to Use the Screen Recorder for instructions.
Why isn't my camera or microphone working? Start by checking your browser permissions and making sure BombBomb is allowed to access your camera and microphone. On Windows, confirm no other application is currently using your camera. For a full list of troubleshooting steps, see Troubleshooting Recording Issues.
Can I download my videos? Yes. From the Workspace, click the three-dot menu on any video and select Download.
Is there a mobile app? Yes. The BombBomb mobile app is available for iOS and Android. You can record, upload, and send videos from your phone or tablet.
