If your video is stuck uploading in BombBomb, it’s usually related to internet connection, device-specific settings, or browser/app issues. This article guides you through resolving upload problems on both desktop and mobile devices, so you can get your videos sent without delay.

Step-by-Step Instructions
✅ Start Here: Check Your Internet Speed
- Go to https://www.speedtest.net in your browser.
- Click the large Go button in the center of the screen.
- Wait for the test to complete:
- It will first check ping.
- Then it will check Download Speed.
- Finally, it will check Upload Speed.
- View the Upload Speed once the test finishes — it’s displayed below the circular speed gauge.
- Optionally, copy or screenshot the results if you need to share them.
🗣️ Note: If your upload speed is lower than 10 mbps you can reach out to your Internet Service Provider to get guidance on how to improve your connection. We also recommend a hardwired Ethernet connection when possible for best upload experience.

Close and reopen BombBomb Engage in your browser.

Click the three vertical dots (menu icon) in the top-right corner of the browser.

Click Clear browsing data… from the expanded menu.

In the new tab, ensure you're on the Basic tab.

Set Time range to "All time" for a complete clear-out.

A: Chrome is preferred. Firefox, Safari, and Edge can work, but can be less consistent.
Q: Why is my video not uploading on mobile data?
A: Uploads are more reliable over Wi-Fi. If using data, ensure you have at least 10 Mbps upload speed. For best experience we recommend recording with your native Camera app to your phone and uploading at a later time with steady internet connection.
