Step-by-Step Instructions

Confirm the BombBomb Chrome Extension is Installed and Enabled

• Open Google Chrome.

• Open your BombBomb extension and click the three dots.
• Verify the correct email is logged in and that all desired settings are active.

• Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions) located at the top-right of the Chrome browser.

• Locate the BombBomb extension in the drop-down menu.

• If you don't see it, click Manage Extensions at the bottom of the list.

• On the Extensions page, find the BombBomb extension.

• Make sure the toggle switch next to BombBomb is turned on (it should be blue).

• Pin the BombBomb extension by clicking the pin icon next to it in the Extensions list for quick access.

Verify You're Signed Into BombBomb in Gmail

• Open Gmail.

• Navigate to Gmail and log into your account.

• Locate the BombBomb drop-down menu.

• Click options.

Reinstall the BombBomb Extension

A corrupted install can lead to extension malfunctions and reinstalling will install the latest version of the extension as long as your Chrome is also up to date.

• Open Google Chrome on your computer.

• Navigate to the puzzle piece icon for Extensions in the top right.

• Find the BombBomb Extension in your list of extensions.

• Remove the Extension:

    • Click the Remove button

• Reinstall the BombBomb Extension:

  • Go to the BombBomb Chrome Extension page.

  • Click Add to Chrome.

  • Confirm by clicking Add Extension in the pop-up.
