Step-by-Step Instructions

Check Your Plan Type

Some features—such as Workflows, Advanced Analytics, or Copilot—are only available on Core + Copilot and Enterprise.

Confirm Your Role in the Workspace

Workspace Admins have access to features that Members do not, including user management and settings.

🗣️ Note: If you don’t see this section, you're likely a Member. Reach out to your Workspace Admin for role changes.

Verify Feature Enablement in Settings

Some features (like integrations or compliance controls) may be disabled at the workspace level. If you are not an admin, contact your admin to enable features for your team.

🗣️ Note: Only Admins can enable or disable workspace-wide features.

Clear Cache or Try a Different Browser

Sometimes browser settings or outdated cache can interfere with how features display. You can try to clear your cache.
