Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Force Close and Reopen the App
Sometimes, restarting the app resolves temporary glitches.

- Open the App Switcher: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle.
- Locate the App: Swipe right or left to find the app you want to close.
- Close the App: Swipe up on the app's preview.
🗣️ Note: Be sure the app is completely closed before reopening.
2. Check for App and OS Updates
Ensure the BombBomb app and your device's operating system are both up to date.

Tap the "Run Speed Test" button to begin measuring your connection. -
Review Results
Wait a few seconds for the test to complete. You'll see Download, Upload, and Ping speeds displayed. For BombBomb the most important result is Upload Speed.
🗣️ Note: Switching from Wi-Fi to cellular (or vice versa) may help.
6. Reinstall the App
If all else fails, deleting and reinstalling the app often resolves persistent problems.
