Identify the Issue
Symptoms may include: the screen recorder not launching, recording freezing, or error messages related to permissions or connection.
First, ensure your browser is up to date and that screen recording permissions are enabled.
🗣️ Note: Screen recording may only function in supported browsers like Edge and Chrome.
Contact Your IT Team
If issues persist, your network may be blocking required services.
Send your IT or network admin the list below and ask them to whitelist these domains.

Clear Browser Cache and Restart
After the URLs are whitelisted, clear your browser cache.
Restart your browser and try launching the screen recorder again.
