Log into your BombBomb Engage account.

Click the Chat with Us button in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Send a message to chat support. If chat support is busy or if it is outside of business hours, the chatbot will forward your message will go to support@bombbomb.com and create a support ticket with your message.

Q: Can I talk to someone live?
A: BombBomb Support offers email-based and AI Agent Support for all users by logging into their BombBomb Account. Core + Co Pilot and Enterprise Plans offer Live Agent chat availability.
Q: How long does it take to get a response?
A: Our goal is to respond within one to two business days. Most tickets receive a reply within a few hours.
